This PR implements URL-based CHAPI issuance and presentation. In order to test it, first register LCW with your default mobile browser here. Next, run this app in dev mode and test issuance and presentation in DB's VC Playground. Make sure to configure VC-API in the ⚙️ for both flows in order for CHAPI to recognize LCW during wallet selection.
