@rotchajunior ficou só faltando documentar quais comandos usar para que as modificações realizadas localmente sejam refletidas no build local. Para textos vi que basta executar bin/rails db:reset e depois executar bin/rails serve novamente. Estilos e modificações similares (que não seja instalação de novas gems, etc.) seria o mesmo processo?
