What does this Pull Request accomplish?
Always sets the HTML Help Tool to be called from the
Program Files (x86)directory, even when called from 64-bit LabVIEW.Why should this Pull Request be merged?
We need to build custom devices in 64-bit LabVIEW.
What testing has been done?
Copied output of build to build machine and tested generation in 64-bit LabVIEW.
