CodeKlavier Hybrid (Summer 2018)
CodeKlavier 0.4 (Hybrid 1.0 and Hello World 2.0) 🎹 💻
This release contains an updated version of Hybrid of hello world and Motippets.
With the Hybrid prototype you are able to smoothly switch between the two modes of midi parsing the previous prototypes (hello_world and motippets) offer. Having thus, the best of both worlds. Furthermore, this prototype features the addition of a better code display made after recollecting feedback from presentations and performances.

- Easy switch between MIDI parsing modes
- New and Flexible Code Display Window via UDP sockets
- Expanded config file to allow one spot fast changing of motifs or snippets
- New snippets features Huygens music excerpts

CodeKlavier Motipetts Prototype
CodeKlavier 0.2 (Motippets) 🎹 💻
This release contains hello world and Motippets.
In Motippets the CodeKlavier recognizes pre-defined motifs and other musical gestures such as tremolos to be able to generate SuperCollider code snippets and affect various variable values. This way a pianist can play the piano while coding electronic music. The main features of this release are:
- Recognition of melodic motifs
- Recognition of harmonic motifs
- Discrimination of musical range
- Parallel parsing of musical input (left and right hand independently)
- Increased MIDI compatibility supporting Active Sense messages
- 2 and 3 note tremolo recognition
- Ability to construct conditionals

CodeKlavier 0.1 (Hello World) 🎹 💻
This prototype is designed to control the
Robot Toy Piano midi instrument
or an internal toy piano sampler built with SuperCollider.The prototype won the Conlon:Uncaged Robot Toy Piano competition in 2017 and was made with support of the StimuleringsFonds Creatieve Industrie from The Netherlands.
