Added docker and docker-compose documentation based on issue mlomb#73 , open to changes in redaction.

Hey, thanks for your contribution. I think the "Docker Compose" section is good. The "Docker build" section is not necessary since it is just a copy of the Dockerfile file, we could just link to it or just skip it. |
Replacement/mention of Dockerfile and docker-compose.yaml of their respective file on the repository.
