Remove "service loop" silkscreen marks from screen pcb

Service loops weren't really feasible/helpful, so don't recommend them via the silkscreen. Fixes scottbez1#10

Also added testpoints (or could be solder points) for all signals on the top side of the screen PCB. Fixes scottbez1#11
