This PR contains updates of the versions of companion libraries and corrections for download URLs.

I wonder what makes people still use this branch? It's 7 years old, most changes from it are merged into the toolchain component mainlines, binutils-2.40 and gcc-13 have xtensa dynconfig feature making xtensa configuration overlay application unnecessary, why not using the ct-ng mainline?

I guess esp-open-sdk remains the easiest way to get into programming the ESP8266 but is dependent on this branch.

I'll give ct-ng a go now that you have mentioned it.
