New release with additions for descriptive work using Phenoscript

New release to include new terms:

• Specific terms for each of the antennomeres, tarsomeres, cuticular teeth of several structures, among others to facilitate phenotypic descriptions using Phenoscript.
• Additional properties ('has maximum value', 'has minimum value', has_unit) to facilitate descriptive work.

Imports have been updated, clearing unsatisfiable classes present in previous version (see #76) and errors due to imports (CL, PATO, specifically; see obophenotype/c-elegans-phenotype-ontology#193).
