Disclaim was a "furious alternative [rock] trio" active in Humboldt County, California from 1994-1996.

Members were:

Dave Anter (vox, guitar), currently of IDecline.
Dave Puttre (bass, backup vox), 1972-2016, RIP.
Greg Bentson (percussion, backup vox), MIA since 1996/1997.
