ESP Info
If you do not know which ESP you are using, don't worry. You can find out by the ESP Info Button.
The ESP has to be connected with your PC by USB. You can use the Scan Button to select the right COM Port. If the ESP is connected you can read the information by ESP Info Button. The information about the micro-controller will shown in the Text Box. If you have named the eef or bin files at the beginning with ESP32 or ESP8266 the files will be filtered. In the screenshot below an ESP8266 was detected and the file list shows only ESP8266_ files.
