Vastly improved rimworld manager!

Colony Manager
Features
Allows setting 'global' bills, pawns assigned as managers will work at a manager station to assign bills to workstations.
Allows specific triggers for each job.
Allows specifying which workstations jobs should be assigned to.
Adds a 'managing' worktype, which utilizes social and managing skills.
Adds a 'managing' skill.
Examples
Use apparel bills with a trigger filter for apparel over a certain quality and health to always keep a stock of good apparel.
Use a smelt weapons bill with a trigger and ingredient filter for low quality weapons to automatically smelt poor weapons into metal.
