At the time I put this library together, I couldn't find a useable simple library for the 23LC1024 that I could understand and adapt for my purposes. Then I found a very clear YouTube video by J.B. Gallaher here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIP_w5uizNw
I was so elated with how clear this video was, and I was able to read and write data quite easily given the step-by-step instructions. I then expanded the example sketch provided (SPIRamSimple.ino) to accommodate uploading my favourite variable types, and then turned it into a library, posted here.
If you know what you are doing, you will quickly be able to tell that I don't. Although I love programming, I am by far not a native speaker of C++. I do what works for me, and I tend to stop there. There are many other SRAM libraries out there now, so at the cost of being self-demoting, you probably shouldn't even bother with this one. These aren't the droids you're looking for.
