Web Application built using Python/Flask for the backend. Users can get estimates on the price of a home in King County, Washington with the constraints that they put into the form. Estimates are calculated using linear regression in scikit-learn and this dataset. Users can get estimates and save the results if logged in.
The application also includes an admin dashboard where they can explore the dataset and see visualizations and metrics about the predictive functionality.
