alpine:edge-based dockerization of the go programming language compiler and tools

This image is meant to be used as a builder stage in a multi-stage build and it is also very useful for interactive use during development.
The source code for this image is hosted on GitHub in the backplane/conex repo.
This shell function demonstrates using this image in place of having the actual go installation.
