SUMMARY
Junos supports multiple SSH keys per user.
This change adds a new "sshkeys"-option to the junos_user Module.
The behavior is identical to the "sshkey"-option, except for supporting a list of ssh keys instead of one ssh key.
While adding an option may not be ideal, it ensures backward compatibility with the existing implementation.
