1. 📥 Guild Join Message:

   • When the bot joins a new guild, it sends a welcome message in the first available text channel.
   • If the bot lacks permission to send messages, it notifies the guild owner.

2. 🔄 Reaction Handling:

   • The bot can handle specific reactions on its messages:
     • ❌ reaction deletes the message and notifies the user.
     • 🔄 reaction triggers a joke generation process.

3. ⚠️ Error Handling:

   • Improved error handling for command execution.
   • Provides user-friendly error messages and logs errors for debugging.
   • Added a new exception for invalid commands, providing clear feedback to users when they use an unrecognized command.

   • Added a latency command to show the bot's latency in milliseconds.

   • Added an uptime command to show the bot's uptime.

• And Also to reduce the conflicts of looping is against the discord api rules . So the system is basic is that if a search is done it will brake the code to avoid api looping . And it will spawn hole Search_lists .
