Audio Sentiment Analysis

Purpose of System:
To purpose the development of web application that can be used for identifying Customer Feedback about service.
In case feedback is negative than help to improve service which is helpful for future.
Call Centers or Support Center in different Companies aggregate huge amount of data every day from all the conversations, few conversations are not customer satisfactory.
Finding the sentiment of the customer helps in demining whether the customer was satisfied with the service or not
