Bank reference number in "description" field

Bank reference number is a finnish invention and not all banks support it (especially foreign banks). If transaction description field contains a finnish bank reference number use it like it would have been a regular reference number.

the message field comes as "suplementary data" on the next line of the file and is identified with type

we are interested in type 0

in real life the data looks like this (two lines)

where 123456 is the comment data

the file also contains T1132311NOTPROVIDED(type 11) data on the next line but that is sepa payment data that we are not interested in.

The current parser is not really made to handle this kind of data..

"Description" field will not be supported
