Windows Release v2.0

The release of the applet for the SMC Sound Processing lecture October 8th.

Most important changes compared to previous release:

• Coefficients can be dynamically changed when click-and-dragging the boxes containing the text-editors on the left!
• Fixed errors in the phase plot (using atan2 instead of atan to include 2nd and 3rd quartiles of the complex plane)
• Fixed some layout errors in the transfer function and minus-signs for the first coefficient
