Get assets from /~https://github.com/Signal-K/client/tree/sta-19-route-authentication-parameters-from/stake/frontend and staking will work, everything else builds correctly :)

Staking functionality has been re-added (just missing a few assets as of 5ce4247). Offchain client now has Lens graphql interactions as per Signal-K/sytizen#16
