Make Coplanar v0.5

The tool is now two-stage (average a first batch of vertices, and conform a second batch to the first). Its UX seems kind-of terrible, but its original intended features are implemented. It is marked as a pre-release, but it is probably fairly stable. The only known bug is that auto-deselection doesn't always work.
