DaybreakFix 1.0

The first release of DaybreakFix.

Summary

This release contains the following:

• Fixes long loading times by starting the game with process affinity set to CPU 0 only.
• Starts the game as a High priority class process, just in case.
• Fixes an issue with shadows not rendering properly. (shadow "box" around character)

How to use

Unzip the contents of DaybreakFix_1_0.zip into your Higurashi Daybreak Kai game folder.
Run DaybreakFixLoader.exe in order to play the game with the fixes enabled.
The loader will start DaybreakDX-en.exe, if present. Otherwise, DaybreakDX.exe is used.

Note that your anti-virus may flag DaybreakFixLoader.exe as a virus.
This occurs because DaybreakFix hooks into the game in order to apply its fixes.
If this happens, you will need to exclude DaybreakFixLoader.exe from being scanned by your anti-virus.
