Modify the TestCodestyle test to use black instead of pycodestyle, to avoid disagreements in formatting between the two. Add black.sh for quickly formatting the codebase. Signed-off-by: Øyvind Rønningstad <oyvind.ronningstad@nordicsemi.no>
