Windows and macOS Release

Windows binary provided by @ichingxs4all that hopefully addresses #4. Thanks @ichingxs4all !

New features:

cameraConfig is now available from settings.json, allowing the setting of deviceId to select a different camera. Available webcams are listed in the console (⌘⌥I in app). Preferred width and height and other properties of the webcam can also be tweaked. Feature suggested by David Tinapple. Thanks David! Also inspired by issue #5. Thanks Stephan!

Second macOS release

Two zipped macOS apps are included in this release, please download according to your needs:

• PoseOSC.app includes a local tensorflow.js installation within the app, and extracts to ~900MB. It is much better in terms of performance, and is therefore recommended.

• PoseOSC.min.app uses the web version of tensorflow.js, and is much smaller in size when extracted (~150MB). However it is also more laggy, so use this one only if your computer has insufficient storage space.
