Vncshot

The VNC Shot Valkyrie will obtain image screenshots of unsecured VNC services and add them to the host's evidence as well as placing them in the data/screenshots directory. It has been tested on both Linux and OS X.

Pre-requisites

Webshot utilizes the vncsnapshot binary. It can be in your shell path or /usr/local/bin.

On Debian/Ubuntu you can install it with "apt-get install vncsnapshot". A homebrew formula has been submitted for OSX that will apply the necessary patches.

Selecting and Grabbing VNC Shots:

Two locations currently support the selection of services and starting VNC Shot:

services/list
hosts/detail  (under the Services tab)

Select a single or multiple service lines, click VNC Shot and sit back! If more than 5 services are sent a scheduled task will be created. Up to 50 tasks will be grouped into a scheduler task.
