Initial Production Version

The common initial production (hopefully, bug-free) version for several packages/libraries such as ngx-trim-directive, ngx-lower-case-directive and ngx-upper-case-directive since they are implemented almost in the same way. But for ngx-cleave-directive, the version name is different.
