Focus of Izivia will be on making 2.2.1 production ready in 2024. So we will not maintain 2.1.1 anymore.

Reminder: as of now, this lib is absolutely not production ready and may contain design flaws. If you use it, expect to have many breaking changes

• Use camelCase instead of snake_case. Make sure mapper serializes and deserializes data so that DTOs are in snake_case

• Improve data validation ? not needed, it works well, and for each violaion, we have the name of the constraint, the field name and the value

We are almost there, validation still needs to be improved (errors are not obvious), and the contribution guidelines are still not written.

I still need to test changes of today in my OCPI implementation, but it should be fast to test.

I mark this PR as ready for review. I will finish the rest tomorrow
