This used to be 0.7.17 and for August/Sept/Oct 2023! Then it was 0.7.19 for a long time!

We need to investigate the issues here as well

(Version initially ready for the end of Pro Ruwa and possibly for wider publicity/dissemination - if all goes well might become Version 0.8? How optimistic I was! - anyway that's now the next one!)

This could well become the last release that is also for 32 bit machines.
