@grizzlytheodore by saying the api is deprecated, do you mean it cannot work at all or it is no longer under maintenance? |

@NoriZC the API still works but some of its output is outdated. |
Ok then it is recommended to deprecate this Cmdlet in next major release. Could you please add a breaking change announcement in this PR? Meanwhile an approval from Compute team memebers is needed as well. Thanks! |

Description
We dont want to really deprecate Get-AzVMSize, but redirect usage to Get-AzComputeResourceSku.
The REST API that Get-AzVMSize uses is deprecated: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/compute/virtual-machine-sizes/list?view=rest-compute-2024-07-01&tabs=HTTP#code-try-0
