docs.rs failed to build yew-router-0.10.0.

Expected Behavior

• yew-router version: 0.10

Proposed fix
The build is broken because the std_web/web_sys mandatory feature flag is missing. To get the doc to build, a solution could be to set one only for docs.rs: https://docs.rs/about#metadata
