Second release of passgen at version 0.4

Is functional—but is still missing a few planned features, such as mixed case output for the generated password suggestions.

New features and fixed in this release are:

• Fixed for Issue #1 to remove leading space when using command line option -q
• Added command line option -r to remove spaces from suggested passwords when output
• Added command line option -v to display the application version
