I remember installing this app and being able to choose a custom resolution in seconds from the BetterDisplay menu. Since a few upgrades everything is broken or have been made complicated. I don't understand what and why this happened. Even worst than not finding what used to be right there, instead I'm seeing a bunch of pro feature advertised. I hate this.

I used to connect with Parsec to my headless Mac and force a resolution of 2K. I did that because the monitor on the Windows machine is 2K but the resolution in Parsec virtual monitor seems to always stuck at 1080p for some reason.

Can you bring back your app the way it used to work, please?

Thanks for your feedback. I am not sure what you mean, you might be mistaking the app with some other one maybe? There was never a way to create a custom resolution from the app menu directly. Resolution selection looks like how it looks like now for more than a year I think. There was no free features changed to being a pro - in fact many new free features was added.

Old versions of the app are all readily available for download from the Releases menu if that's what you prefer. If you have any specific issues, let me know.
