The Clarity wizard page shows with an offset instead of starting from the beginning.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click the wizard button.
2. Scroll down to the middle of the first page.
3. Click the Next button.
4. Notice that the scroller is positioned the same as it was on the previous page.

Expected behavior

The scroll bar is positioned at the top of the page.

This is by design. If you go to the next step, you will see an icon; the offset is for icons.
