W.I.N.G.S. - Wolbachia Infection Numerical Growth Simulation.
PlagueSpread is a Computational Geometry application, with the scenario of infection spread from hotspot areas. It concerns 2D, 3D space, Voronoi Diagrams, KD trees, Path finding and terrain emulation, among others.
A group project done for the course Complex Networks at Delft University of Technology. Part of the assignment was supposed to look at a network of email data, and see how infections would spread between them. Furthermore, mitigation tactics have been investigated in order to prevent the fast pace spreading.

This repository hosts a Python-based Infection Model Simulator capable of simulating and visualizing the dynamics of various infection models: SIR, SIRD, and SIER. The models allow tracking the spread and impact of infections considering different parameters.
