It seems to me almost all platforms in edk2 repo are using MdeModulePkg/Bds. It's time to remove the following BDS components in IntelFrameworkModulePkg:

1. /Universal/BdsDxe
2. /Library/GenericBdsLib
3. /Library/PlatformBdsLibNull
4. /Include/Library/*.h
