Until the Tchap-web client supports the message reaction we will disable this feature in Tchap-Android by introducing a new boolean in build.gradle like here

Caution: we want to keep supporting potential message reactions, we request here to disable only the option from the selected message menu: "Ajouter une réaction" and hide the emoji picker at the top

If some reactions are displayed on a message, the end user can click on them
