Ganache not working

I don't know why but I keep getting an error the the network I'm trying to use doesn't exist ganache is open I have the host is right the private key right but it's still not working

This error means Hardhat or Truffle can't connect to Ganache.
Check if Ganache is running on the correct port.
Ensure Hardhat/Truffle is using the correct RPC URL (http://127.0.0.1:7545).
Verify that Metamask, Hardhat, or Truffle is pointing to the correct network.
