MaixCAMPro的RTC时钟功能没有生效，关机再开机后时间仍然是08:00 #90

使用的是最新的官方镜像，已联网的情况下会自动同步正确的网络时间，这个没问题，然后在主界面长按电源键，点击Power off按钮关机，再次开机后时间仍然是08:00，而非关机前的时间。

目前是开机后过段时间才会从rtc和网络同步，后面把从rtc同步拿到开机脚本前面点，做个优化
