Revise all test scripts to CREATE TABLE instead of CREATE PROCEDURE or CREATE VIEWS. This ensures we have a consistent tests accross all supported platforms. At present, we use STORED PROCEDURE in SqlServer where as we use TABLES in others.

Done. All platform tests now uses consistent db objects.
