Those times look especially bad for our TSC members in East Asia and South Asia. The Wednesday UTC 12:00 and Thursday UTC 14:00 times are all a 4 or 5 (on a 0-5 scale) time for each of them, so that's good. But those middle two times are indeed awful for those folks. I'm going to run it again with our old 3-meeting rotation and see what comes out.

I think the 3-time rotation seems more balanced. (It has a lower standard deviation, which I equate to "more fair" but you can take that too far--the lowest standard deviation is a one time rotation that is good for almost everyone.) I'm not excited about having 1 in every 3 meetings be at 5am local time rather than 1 in every 4 meetings, but the 4 meeting rotation puts half of the TSC meetings at unthinkable times for folks in India and China.

I also like that the 3-meeting rotation means all meetings are always on Wednesday in most time zones. It simplifies calendaring.

Putting the tsc-agenda label on this one in case we don't make a decision before the next meeting, but my hope is we can agree on the schedule that rotates through three meeting times and close this before then.

Rich thanks for generating/sharing the options.

I'm good with either the 3 or 4 slot rotation.

I'll move next weeks meeting to 11am on Wednesday as discussed today to avoid the config with the Next-10 mini-summit

I prefer the 3 slots rotation

4 slot rotation seems painful for a number of timezones. But as someone in PDT, either is fine for me.
