使用Eclipse时，尤其是在安装插件(Mercurial插件等)的时候，都需要从Eclipse market place去下载，而大多数朋友的网络直连eclipse market place会非常慢，而且非常有可能会失败。

这个时候就需要配置Eclipse的网络代理，但是，一定要注意：

不要配置socks代理！

如果你不小心配置了socks代理之后发现代理没有起作用，就一定要清空socks代理，然后重启eclipse。
