When I parse the attached xml (the source to draft-lennox-avtcore-rtp-multi-stream-01, which worked fine with xml2rfc-1.36), it fails with:

ERROR: Unable to parse the XML document: draft-lennox-avtcore-rtp-multi-stream.xml
draft-lennox-avtcore-rtp-multi-stream.xml: Line 0: Unable to resolve external request: "internal:/rfc.number"

I was under the impression that the &rfc.number; entity was supposed to resolve to "XXXX" in drafts?

This now uses XXXX if there is no rfc number in the header.
