I was trying to install haskell/ghcup-hs. They release binary files instead of tarballs. Could you add support for binary files? Many thanks!

ubi does work with plain binaries, but in this case there's a bug in how it detects whether a file's extension is actually part of a version number and not a real extension.

This should be working in v0.2.3.
