Description

The response format in OpenAPI spec for /api/v1/topics/{topicId}/messages/{sequenceNumber} is incorrect: it has an array of topic messages, and a next link.

Steps to reproduce

https://testnet.mirrornode.hedera.com/api/v1/docs/#/topics/getTopicMessageById as of release v0.120.0
