emmm，某天在更新了依赖后vue-i18n国际化插件在单文件组件中就不好用了，这是个大问题，我也在极力解决中（不忙的时候...）。所以这类issue就不要提了。同时也记录一下，如果有修改的解决方法会写在这里的

该问题是由于<v-pageNotes>组件增加了v-once导致的。
