Setting the user agent using --extra-headers 'User-Agent'='<some custom user agent>/1.0', should set the user agent everywhere.
--extra-headers 'User-Agent'='<some custom user agent>/1.0'
Additionally we could have a CLI command / config option to set the global user agent explicitely.
