No Hidden/Secret Achievement Support

Currently on the documentations, we can't set a game's achievements as hidden, this causes that some games with hidden achievements in other platforms, are displayed and could be relatively spoiler-y, an example of how it currently behaves is here.

Providing achievements definitions via the plugins is something we were considering, but it is too much effort with a little extra value. Achievements definitions are global for the whole platform and somewhat static, so can be just predefined (read, "hardcoded") for now. The goal offcourse, is to have this done by the plugins, so adding new platforms is easy and convenient for our beloved community, but for now we'll just stick with this.
Secret achievements are on our backlog, but I cannot give you any ETA on that.

I'd also like to be able to add a list of all the unlockable achievements for a title.

I know have the issue that Achievements that should be displayed to me since I unlocked them are marked as hidden. For GOG games I can see them by opening the progress tab but for games from other platforms this isn't working. Also It would be nice if unlocked achievements would simply loose their hidden status for the person that unlocked them everywhere.

Gog Galaxy has hidden flag attached to an achievement definition in their database. This flag is product and platform specific.

My suggestion is set this flag and never set description to an empty string.

In case if a user has opened an achievement on one platform it's obvious that it can't be a spoiler for another platform as it is the same user.
