Converted from Java to Kotlin. Shouldn't have any user-visible changes.

Instagram: Replaced UP swipe for Suggested Posts with an obscuring view.

NOTE: this isn't 100% reliable. Infrequently, the obscuring view will fail to show up, and a tiny scroll of the feed will make it show up. Even less frequently, switching to another app (or the home screen / launcher) will leave the obscuring view visible. Switching back to Instagram and back out should make it go away.
