Steps to reproduce

The docs says we should require hydrate like this:
const hydrate = require('feathers-sequelize/hooks/hydrate');

But this way the module is not found
However this works:
const hydrate = require('feathers-sequelize/lib/hooks/hydrate');

feathers-sequelize@2.0.1
node v6.11.0
OS: MacOs Sierra
