happens every 20s (interval when Radarr is checked). Despite the test for Radarr settings working.

I see its connecting to [::1]:7878 -> Thats an ipv6 which isnt supported.

Try disabling ipv6 for docker:

sudo nano /etc/docker/daemon.json
Put in: { "ipv6": false }
sudo systemctl restart docker

Or if you created a network for the container be sure to specify:

docker network create \
  --ipv6=false \
  mynetwork

That is in fact ipv6. In the config I set it to "http://192.168.1.101:7878" though. so I don't know why it would use ipv6.

After disabling ipv6 and restarting the docker daemon (and so also the container) The settings for Radarr were reset to the default values. I set it to "http://192.168.1.101:7878" again and entered my api key. Now i get

I think the setting is somehow not stored correctly

sorry I did not save the settings. I didn't see that you need to press the save button on the right. I tought that was only for the premiumize.me settings.

But if ipv6 is not supported then you should probably change the default values from localhost to 127.0.0.1

Yep seems reasonable. Btw you can use your docker containername as hostname if they are on the same docker network.

E.g. if your radarr container is called radarr-container you can enter https://radarr-container:7878
